2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Europe

  • Tracked International: 5–10 business days

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame:
