Prices vary depending on the item:
Stickers from £3.00–£3.50 each or packs (~£10–£13)
Acrylic pins from £5.00 (discounted from £6.50)

T‑shirts: £22.00
3. How do I order & pay?
Orders are placed via the online cart system. Payment is secure—via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Klarna.
4. Can I cancel or return an order?
Cancellations are not accepted.

5. What are the shipping & delivery details?
Shipping estimates are around 1-3 days for processing and shipping times are dependant on service used.
Buyers are responsible for any customs/import taxes; the seller isn’t responsible for shipping delays due to customs
6. Do you offer discounts?
Yes! From time to time we run promotions like Summer‑seasonal sales and discount codes. These will be shown on the announcement bar.
7. When will I receive my order confirmation or reply?
A confirmation email follows your order or contact form submission.
Messages are typically replied to within 48 hours.
8. Is there a minimum order or pre‑order requirement?
Regular items (stickers, pins, etc.) are generally in stock; no minimum order required.
Some items like our t-shirts will go out on preorder before release.
9. What is your privacy policy?
We comply with GDPR for EU customers. We collect name, email, address, transaction details, and correspondence to:

Synexia is run by an individual so sometimes things can get a little hectic as I am also a designer.

12. Do you sell outside the UK?
Yes—international shipping is available. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees in their country.
13. How can I track my order?
Each order ships with tracking info (varies by shipping method). Contact us if you don’t receive tracking details in your confirmation.
14. Can I request custom designs?
