Synexia Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Synexia. If something isn’t right, our returns and refund policy is here to support you. Please read carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:
Is in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging
Has not been customised, altered, or marked as final sale
Is returned with proof of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
Custom or made-to-order products
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email SYNEXIADESIGNS@GMAIL.COM within 14 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return address.
Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You’ll be notified once the refund is processed.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an
item for the same product in a different size or due to damage, email SYNEXIADESIGNS@GMAIL.COM
with a photo of the issue within 3 days of delivery.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service; SYNEXIA is not responsible for lost returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the damage or error
We will prioritise your case and arrange a replacement, refund, or credit.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
Double-check your bank or credit card statement
Contact your bank or card provider (processing times can vary)
